Shawn is a business leader and advisor with deep experience leveraging technology to start, run, fix, and rapidly evolve and enable established businesses as well as startups. With a focus on AI over the past decade, Shawn excels in developing, deploying, and commercializing technology solutions as well as helping companies develop business strategies to use the most appropriate technology to solve their specific needs. His leadership experience spans private enterprise, government service, and higher education.

Shawn is the Co-Founder and Founding CEO of boodleAI, an artificial intelligence platform that launched both a traditional AI platform as well as a Generative AI tool. As a venture-capital- backed company, boodleAI has successfully raised over $9 million, evolving from pre-product stage to the commercialization of both its AI platforms.

Shawn's international expertise includes leadership roles deploying technology in 14 countries, with significant time living in the Middle East and Africa. He has held executive, board (Independent Director), advisor, and angel investor positions in multiple organizations. In 2024 he was inducted into the American Society for Artificial Intelligence. Today, Shawn speaks about AI internationally, provides expert witness testimony in AI related cases and works with CEOs, their leadership teams and Boards to harness AI, not just as tech, but as a force multiplier for smart, human-centered execution that drives their business strategy to deliver measurable improvement to EBITDA.

In addition to his business endeavors, Shawn has served on 8 nonprofit boards over three decades focused on education and veterans service organizations. In 2025 he was elected to the Zero Prostate Cancer Board of Directors, serving as the Board’s principal advisor for leveraging technology and AI for mission success. Shawn began his leadership career as a military officer in the United States Army. Shawn holds a Computer Science degree from West Point, an MBA from The Kellogg School of Management, and a JD from The Northwestern Pritzker School of Law.

Chris Kehayias is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology leader with a proven track record of innovation, value creation, and strategic growth. As CEO of ThinkMinistry, he guided the development and national adoption of MinistryPlatform, a scalable enterprise SaaS solution that transformed how organizations leverage data to drive engagement. Under his leadership, the company scaled successfully and executed a strategic exit, securing MinistryPlatform’s long- term impact in the technology ecosystem.

Building on this success, Chris has focused on artificial intelligence and digital transformation, helping leadership teams translate next-generation technologies into tangible business outcomes. His expertise lies in identifying high-ROI applications of AI that enhance operational efficiency, unlock new growth opportunities, and strengthen competitive positioning—particularly for middle market companies navigating disruption.

With more than two decades of experience at the intersection of technology, leadership, and innovation, Chris now advises CEOs and private equity partners on harnessing AI to accelerate value creation.
